October 10, 2024 Update #2

We hope this email finds you, your family and your home safe and secure. The Club will remain closed through today, Thursday, October 10. This includes the general Club property.

The Club will resume normal operations tomorrow, Friday, October 11. Please note that due to the Yom Kippur holiday, modified dining options and Club hours will be in place on Friday & Saturday, October 11 & 12. Click here to view the modified dining options. Click here to view the Club closings.

October 10, 2024 Update

As a reminder, ALL Club facilities are CLOSED until further notice. This includes the general Club property. Accessing Club facilities after they are closed and prior to their reopening is strictly prohibited.

After the storm has passed and the Woodfield Team has assessed the property, an email will be distributed regarding Club operations.

While we hope that the storm passes with minimal impact, please take all necessary precautions to keep yourself and your family safe before, during and after the storm. You may click here to access hurricane preparedness information.

October 9, 2024 Update

Due to the likelihood of unsafe weather conditions from Hurricane Milton, the Club will close at 8:00 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 9. This closure time has been established in order to allow staff time to complete final storm preparations around the Club and return home safely. We anticipate the Club will remain closed through Thursday, October 10. After the storm has passed and the Woodfield Team has assessed the property, an email will be distributed regarding Club operations.

Club Operations – Wednesday, October 9

Club Area Modifications:

Limited seating will be available at the Pool Complex.
All areas will close at 8:00 p.m.

Events & Activities:

All events and activities will be suspended after 8:00 p.m.
Ladies’ Tennis Opening Night scheduled for Thursday, October 10 has been canceled.

Yom Kippur Platters & More Orders:

All orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11 for pick-up on Saturday, October 12.

Event Registration Openings:

All event registration openings scheduled for Thursday, October 10 will be postponed. New registration opening dates will be communicated in the coming days.

Due to Hurricane Milton, Club operations will be modified tomorrow, Wednesday, October 9 as outlined below. An email will be distributed tomorrow afternoon regarding potential closures on Thursday, October 10.

All areas (except dining venues) will maintain normal operating hours.

All events and activities will continue as scheduled.

Please be advised that the Club will close if an official Hurricane Warning is issued for our area or in the event of high winds/unsafe weather conditions. If a Hurricane Warning is issued or unsafe weather conditions arise, communications with closure information will be distributed. The safety of our Members and staff is our top priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we monitor the progress of this developing storm system.

Due to Hurricane Milton, modified dining options will be in place tomorrow, Tuesday, October 8, as outlined below. All other areas will maintain normal operating hours until further notice.
