Our fitness center offers all state-of-the-art equipment starting with both free weights and resistance machines. Our functional training room features a ball wall, resistance bands, medicine balls, cable machines and more – everything you need to have a well-rounded training program. Our comprehensive Group Fitness schedule is filled with more than 60 weekly classes – everything from yoga and Zumba to TRX and aqua. We also have a dedicated Pilates Studio, and an expansive Pilates Reformer class schedule with beginner, intermediate and advance classes. Woodfield will keep you moving even outside of the gym with 5k races, swim challenges and a FitCore Extreme Circuit.
